Shipping policy

Orders shipped from the US (not shipped from China) are normally sent out within three business days from the day of the order.  If, for some reason, we are unable to send out an order within three business days, you will be contacted by email, at which point you will be given the option of waiting for your delivery with an updated delivery time, or you may elect to cancel the order for a full refund.  We do our utmost to avoid this, but, as we are a small business, there may be rare occasions on which this may occur.  Items shipped from China will be shipped out within seven business days.
